Your trip to Sicily - Flight or car
The best way to get to our kite lagoon in Sicily:
Flight to Trapani or Palermo:
The easiest way to get to our kitespot in Lo Stangone is a flight to Palermo or Trapani. Both airports offer good connections by many European airlines at low budget and non-stop. Flight-time within Euope is a little over 2 hours depending from where you depart. The airport Trapani Brigi (TPS) is relatively small and it's only a 15 minutes drive by car to our kite center. Whereas you can reach the kite spot in Lo Stagnone in about 1 hour from Palermo Punta Raisi Airport (PMO).
By car:
Another possibility is to come by car, bus or camper van. The main decision will be from where to take the ferry. There are several options and the port you choose mainly depends on form which direction you will travel. The following website offers a great overview: https://www.aferry.com/en-gb/sicily/

Rental car
We recommend to rent a car. Although everything is at short distance we recommend to take out a rental car to make the most of the region. The map provides you with a good overview of the distances between the important locations. As the good winds often starts at around midday you can make the most of the manyfold possibilities and explore the sights of the region!
Naturally there are many search engines at which you might find rental cars very cheaply. This is our favourite:
